UPTO 0.3kg = 50p 2nd Class Post [please allow 10 working days after dispatch]
0.3kg - 1kg = £1.50 2nd Class Post [please allow 10 working days after dispatch]
1kg - 2.99kg = £3.95 1st Class Signed For [please allow 4 - 6 working days after dispatch]
2.99kg AND ABOVE = £7.95 1st Class Signed for [please allow 4 - 6 working days after dispatch.
Any delivery advertised as signer WILL require a signature on delivery or the parcel delivery will be rescheduled by the postage provider [Royal Mail].
Every purchase has a 14 day cooling off period which allows the customer to cancel any orders they have submitted online. These cancellations are only applicable to store products and not personalised commissions. To enquire about a cancellation please email us using the contact us section above.
All products can be returned within 28 days of receiving the item[s]. To return a product please get in touch with Honey be Bright using the Contact Us section of the website and we can provide you with the correct return details. Postal charges must be paid by the customer and all responsibility lies with the customer until the products arrival at Honey be Bright. Products cannot be returned if the product label has been removed unless the product is faulty. Products must be returned in the same state they arrived unless a refund will not be applied. This does not include faulty items. Faulty items must be returned to Honey Be Bright, Tantallon, Forebrae Park, Galashiels, TD12BG. However before posting please contact us first. Once we have received your return goods we will issue a refund to the original payment method online. Please allow 5 working days for this.
Cartoon commissions cannot be returned due to personalisation.
All time periods quoted in this guidance will be extended to the next working day if they end on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday. This includes all cancellation periods and the time limits for returning goods, providing refunds, etc.
