RAISING MONEY FOR DEMENTIA UK
SO FAR WE HAVE RAISED A MASSIVE £2349.55
We are raising money for Dementia UK, a charity very close to our family’s hearts.
In 2021, my grandpa was sadly diagnosed with dementia. Together, we set out to design a tea towel to raise as much money as possible for Dementia UK.
On the 2nd of January 2023, my grandpa sadly passed away. In his memory, we will forever continue to raise as much money as we possibly can. So far, we have raised a massive £2,349.55. Thank you to everyone for their support. He would have been so proud. Our beautiful and blue design incorporates the forget-me-not flower. This lovely little flower represents remembrance and is long associated with dementia.
We initially launched our Forget Me Not design as a tea towel, which saw us donate £4.00 from each tea towel sale to Dementia UK. Each customer paid £9.50 for our tea towel, and we donated all profits to the charity.
This product did so well that we decided to grow the collection and release more products adorned with the beautiful blue forget-me-not flowers.
In Winter 2023, we launched oven gloves, aprons and glass platters and decided to now donate 10% of each product to Dementia UK. Our gorgeous blue design has also blossomed onto the most beautiful luxury cosmetics bags.
10% of sales from our Forget Me Not Collection will be donated to Dementia UK via Work for Good.
